THE NATIONAL FLAG OF UZBEKISTAN.
The flag of our country is a symbol of the sovereignty of the republic. The national flag of the republic of Uzbekistan represents the country internationally when official delegations from Uzbekistan visit foreign countries as well as at conferences, world exhibitions and sports competitions. The national flag of the republic of Uzbekistan is a right-angled colored cloth consisting of three horizontal stripes: blue, white and green.
Blue is the symbol of the sky and water which are the main sources of life. Mainly blue was the color of the state flag of Amir Temur. White is the traditional symbol of peace and good luck. As Uzbek people say "Oq yo’l".
Green is the color of nature and new life and good harvest. Two thin red stripes symbolize the power of life.
There is a new moon which symbolizes the newly independent republic. There are 12 stars which represent the 12 provinces of Uzbekistan.

A singular noun that we use for a person from the country or region: a Turk, a Japanese, a German, a Brazilian, an Asian...
The plural expression the ...used for the whole population of a country or region: the Turks, tyhe Japanese, the Germans, the Brazilians, the Asians
An adjective: Tukish, Jappanese, German, Brazilian, Asian.
The name of a national language is commonly the same as the national adjective. In this case, the words are nouns and may be modified by adjectives. We don’t use the or the word language:
Do you speak Chinese? Not: Do you speak the Chinese? Or Do you speak Chenese language?
Russian is difficult to learn, isn’t it, especially the alphabet?
She speaks fluent French.
We use a capital letter when we refer to a nationality, a language, a country and a region:
They have studied American literature? Not: They have studied american literature.
Country: I live in England.
