My name is AB and I am a member of your library since 2020.
I am writing this letter with the purpose of giving information about why I have not given back a book which I brought last month, 1^st of February. The name of the book is “Inscriptions on the border of the notebook” by Utkir Khoshimov. This book was published in 2018 by “Kesh Publishing House”. Unfortunately, I lost this book last week on a crowded bus. I tried to find this bus in order to take the book. Precisely, I found the bus, but someone took the book and left.
One more thing to consider is that the librarian informed me that this was the last copy of the book and therefore there will be a charge if it was delayed or lost. I cannot deny that I am responsible for the book. And I will buy the same book instead and ask you not to charge me a fine for the delay.

My name is AB and I am a fan of your "My5" TV channel since 2010.
I am writing this letter with the purpose of giving some suggestions about the schedule of your programs. As I have been observing that the quality of broadcasts, movies and soap operas is unsatisfactory for us. On the other hand, there are so many advertisements between each broadcast and movie. I kindly recommend that you should change some rules in your channel.
By the way, evening TV programs including some cookery shows, and talk shows are targeted only to specific audiences and not interesting to the general audience like all of the family members.
Moreover, I would like to suggest it would be more interesting if you broadcast various interesting movies including documentaries, educational, adventure, and science fiction films. In this way, you can broaden your audiences and income.

My name is AB from Khorezm. I have been living and studying in Shahrisabz for 3 years.
I am writing this letter with the purpose of giving some suggestions about how to improve the conditions of traditional bazaars and supermarkets in Shahrisabz.
This city is ancient and beautiful. Everywhere is green, and people are very kind, open-hearted, and friendly. Traditional bazaars are very spacious and cheap. However, there is not enough space for the parking of transport. Therefore, people always have difficulties parking their cars. Old people cannot walk to the bazaar.
One more thing to consider is that there are security service people in front of the entrance making the situation more crowded.
Therefore, I would like to suggest that it would be useful if the administration of the bazaar can organize more places for the parking of transport. As well as, special entrances for old people and women with children.
I hope you will consider my suggestion and take steps to help enhance our shopping experience to improve our community experience.

My name is AB from Khorezm. I have been living and studying in Shahrisabz for 3 years.
I am writing this letter with the purpose of complaining about the public transport in Shahrisabz. Precisely, there is no regular public transport system, as well as we cannot find chart taxis with sufficient conditions. If you get in a chart taxi you have to sit in half of your seats and the car model is not suitable for this situation. In the morning, existing minibuses called “Damas” are always full, and for this reason, people who rush to their destination get stuck. Because of this problem pupils, students and workers are late to their schools, universities and working places.
It would be a great support for the population living here if you can provide a modern transport system.
One more thing to consider is that the roads also should be constructed as much as possible.
