Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the 
above exclusion may not apply to you. In that event, any implied warranties are 
limited in duration to thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of the 
software. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other 
rights, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. 
No action for any breach of warranty shall be commenced more than one year 
following the expiration of such warranty.
6. General. You acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it and
agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You further agree that it is the 
complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and EWB and 
supersedes any proposal or prior agreement or any other communications between 
EWB and you relating to the use of the software. 
If any provision of this Agreement is unenforceable, all others shall remain in 
effect. This Agreement shall be governed by the internal laws of the Province of
Ontario and Canada, including Canadian copyright laws. The exclusive venue in 
the event of any suit, proceeding or claim brought by you, and at our option, 
any suit, proceeding or claim brought by EWB, shall be in the Courts located in
