Abstract and plan
ABSTRACT The articles of the department report on the empirical work carried out on the use and operation of human resources practices in six luxury hotels of multinational chains in Uzbekistan. Performance, the article discusses important indicators of a number of motivators associated with working with luxury hotels and explores working with benefits for individual developers and hotel operations. A strategy for producing appropriate motivational programs for management with different individual services and backgrounds proposed. Additionally, an important part of a hotel that wants to be successful is its satisfied and loyal staff. The task of management is to ensure that employees succeed in gradually achieving the hotel’s goals. Achieving the overall goal of the hotel, that is increasing revenue and maximizing employee performance, is not possible without a motivational process. It encourages a challenging but necessary process, given the uniqueness of each employee. It is important to know and study the motivational factors, on the basic of which we create appropriate motivational tools. The most commonly used tools are motivational programs. Design is not enough, it is also necessary to address the program, so that its components have a positive impact on employees and motivate them to maximum performance. Besides, this article means the identification of tools and factors of labor motivation in hotels in Uzbekistan. The second purpose of this article is to provide hotel managers with a model that will help them develop motivational programs to improve the work motivation of employees in hotels in collaboration with professionals and staff.
