Cost of living in the USA

An important factor when choosing a new place to live in the USA is the cost of living. These also vary depending on the region and state.
The American Cost of Living Index indicates how much the cost of living in a region deviates from the national average. This is indicated by the number 100. If the Cost of Living Index in a state is above 100, it is considered expensive or very expensive. In states with a Cost of Living Index below 95, life is considered fairly inexpensive.

Travelling is my hobby and I have visited many countries of the world with my dad. But I have never been to the United States of America, better referred as America or the U.S. This is a dreamland for me and I have a plan to visit the USA whenever there will be any chances. My dad is a businessman in Singapore and he travels in different parts of the world for his business purpose. Often I accompany him during the short trips. He has never been to out of Asia and Europe and I have already planned to company him if he has any plan to visit America for any of his business purposes. America is one of the large countries of the world and consists 50 states in total. The states are ruled by their respective authorities. The geographical location of the U.S is beneficial for the citizens. They can enjoy some exceptional weather pattern round the year. America is also famous for some of the large structures in the world, and now the entire nation has developed tremendously. This is the top most leading country in the world with modern facilities for its citizens.
It is interesting that the country looks like a large cat on the world map but in reality, there are differences between the lying cat on the map and real-life America. The country is inhabited by a good number of people and owns some historical events. America is separated from Alaska by Canada. The Hawaii islands are in the south-west of North America. This is the third largest country on the earth considering the land and water inside the country. The climate inside the country varies for its geographical variety. Often the weather is humid continental and sometimes it is humid subtropical. The early settlement in the country was done in the 14th century even before the discovery by Columbus in 1492. Since then, America has been a stakeholder in different events around the world. Now it is the most developed country in the world.
Since America is a developed country, there are lots of chances to do something better. My dad usually deals with spices and he imports spices from distant parts of Europe and Asia to be sold in our wholesale shop here in Singapore. Moreover, he has some restaurants in Singapore which are doing well indeed. But I have a different plan. Generally, the spices my dad imports are used to make the foods delicious and if the imported spices could be used instead of selling, I believe the business would be more beneficial. Yes, I am planning to open a traditional restaurant in any of the states of America. The country is visited by the global people, and a large number of them are Asian, and thus the food tastes are not the same for everyone or everywhere. So, if I can open a restaurant which will sell traditional foods of some specific Asian countries that would be really interesting. Initially, I will pick the Asian dishes for the restaurants and then will move to the other culinary arts.
To be frank, I want to visit America as this is the very best country in the world. I want to experience the living style of the people, their arts, cultures and norms, and to know about their secrets of success so that I also could be a successful man and by the same time could help my own country to grow like America. Besides, I have some business plans as well and I need to visit America to justify the prospects of the business there. I want to establish a restaurant and in the case of failure, I will try to do something other business. I can supply traditional foods of Singapore to the restaurants or can also contact them to serve with any specific crops or ingredients and similar other things. I love to travel but it may sound unusual that I always try to recover the travelling costs in some ways. So, when I will be in America, I will try to assemble the costs. Planning for a business and implementing the ideas in real life situations in America will help me to recover the expenses I made on my trip.
