Many cities are now turning parks and farmland into new housing development. Nowadays, gardens and empty places on mega polices are constructed for residence purpose. This essay believes that this is a negative trend for not only citizens, but also the environment. Firstly, this essay will discuss the downsides of this process and secondly, upsides of new housing developments. On the one hand, disadvantages of this event are far greater than advantages. One of the most important drawbacks of turning farmland into new accommodation is to damage the nature of the city. Destroying grassland and cutting trees will range from environmental problems to the lack of space. For instance, green nature provides the livers with oxygen as well as maintain quality of air, however, if they extinct, this situation may be more harmful to the city environment. On the other hand, the construction of new buildings and houses in place of unused parks or some harmful trees leads to the development of urbanisation. In addition to this, using parks for this purpose is beneficial, because there may be some gardens or playgrounds that are not visited frequently. For example, in our city-Namangan, numerous modern houses were built instead of "Yoshlar Bogi" last years. It will decrease the housing needs of local people. To sum up, based on what has been mentioned above, I believe that cutting down trees and destroying parks in order to built residence areas are detrimental effect to our nature as well as livers.
