a)Meat, fish- meat and fish products are foods rich in protein as the vitamins, protein, and amino acids contained in meat are very important for the body.
Vegetables, fruits, greens- each of the fruits , vegetables and greens contains different vitamins, and each of them is considered very necessary for the human body.
Nuts-I consider walnuts a very desirable product, despite the fact that they are rich in fat. walnuts help brain activity improve memory.
