The registration of qualified referees for officiating in the Asian championships 
will be free of charge when done online within the stipulated date for the 
referee course registrations. For late registration, a surcharge of $200 USD will 
be applied. NFs must register the referees online.
The examination fees must be transferred to AKF bank account 
no later than 30 
November 2022 at 23:59 (Dubai Time).
Any delay in payment will be liable to a 
penalty of $200 USD per registration.
The registered officiating referee, renewal referee, referee and coach

Participation Fees & Charges 
 
The participation and registration charges for athletes, referees, and coaches are as 
follows:

Referee Course Registration Fees and Conditions 


Indistinctly Kata or Kumite

Both Kata & Kumite

As there is limited capacity for the total number of participants in the referee course, 
each NF will have to rank its candidates by priority order when submitting / registering 
their Referees for examination and seminar. AKF will inform each NF of the number of 
candidates accepted, following the priority order indicated by the NF. Should this 
priority order not be given, the AKF will make the decision as to which candidates are 
accepted. All payment of fees can be made by TT 10 days from the date of acceptance, 
or payment on site. If a registered candidate failed to turn up on time for onsite 
registration, the NF shall be fined USD200 per person for each absentee.
