THE PATIENT: unable to speak; suffering from dizziness,tinnitus,seizure and consciousness. He had a recurrence of seizure at 12:00 pm on the July 6th in 2023.He has had disease with anamnesis for many years and it was caused by a cold.
The patient's general condition is normal (avarage).He is conscious. Heart tones sound muffled (low);pulse rhythmic 78 in 1. A slow vesicular breathing is heard on auscultation in both lungs. Breathing is independent of the nose.His tongue is clean and the abdomen( belly) is soft and in painless palnation. The liver and spleen are not enlarged. His diarrhea is regular. The area of the kidneys is painless.Pasternasky's syndrome, negative diuresis in two cases,is regular.Valle points are painful,his face is symmetrical,the tongue is photocorneal in the midline and evokes the canyuctival reaction.
There is no paresis plegia in the range of motion. Pathological signs are negative; no meningeal signs ataxia. The patient gropes unsteadily in pomberg condition. He has tremors in his fingers and eyelids.
The sensory sphere,paravertebral points on the neck are painful.Psychoemotion is labile excitatory. His memory is weak.And his sleep is disturbed.Higher nervous system is unchanged.
In conclusion the patient is in a satisfactory condition.

Urine analysis: unchanged
Taken medicines by the patient:
Trental with natriy chloride 5,0 ,carbamazepine 200mg (3 times a day for permanent time)depokin,kreon and other symptomatic ones.
The patient has been under the supervision of three doctors and a psycho neurologist.
