The purpose of the moodle:
-the need for the importance of medical and biological discipline in the system of training future doctors on a clinically fundamental basis is growing in modern conditions. To teach students to justify clinical diagnosis, to study the laws of the science of clinical laboratory diagnostics, the history and trends of science, its prospects.
The functions of the moodle:	- based on students' knowledge in biology, inorganic, physical and colloidal, organic, biological chemistry, physiology, pharmacology. - studies the corresponding parameters of biological materials in assessing the functional state of physiological systems of the organism. - early and differential diagnosis of diseases, as well as addressing issues related to the course and outcome of the disease, confirming the effectiveness of treatment measures. - studies the pathogenesis and sanogenesis of diseases of the human body, their complications and consequences at the molecular level.
By moodle student knowledge, skills and qualifications to be placed requirements	The student should know: -Modern diagnostic capabilities of laboratory tests; -Features of the preanalytic phase of laboratory tests; -Principles of laboratory testing methods; -Rules for preparing patients for laboratory tests; -Anatomical and physiological features of the blood vessels of the body. -Use modern methods of diagnosis. The student should be able to do: - know how to conduct clinical and hematological examination of patients; - Interpretation of cytohistomorphological, clinical-laboratory, biochemical, cytochemical examinations of blood and bone marrow; - making and substantiating the initial and clinical diagnosis by general analysis of blood; - Detection of SSR; - Platelet count; - Interpretation of clinical and laboratory, biochemical parameters of blood and urine; - Perform urine analysis on Nechiporenko test; - Perform urine analysis on the Zimnisky test; - Coagulogram interpretation; - Interpretation of clinical-laboratory, biochemical parameters of blood in cardiovascular diseases, liver and connective tissue diseases; - Interpretation of general blood analysis in leukemia and leukemoid reaction Clinical-laboratory analysis of blood in the pathology of hemostasis, interpretation of biochemical parameters; - Determining and substantiating the initial and clinical diagnosis according to laboratory parameters; - Determination of donor and recipient blood group and rhesus factor.
