Good day!
Up until recently, we have enjoyed coming to your restaurant. We have recommended your restaurant to several people who have also appreciated and enjoyed the food, customer service, and the ambiance. Unfortunately, after our recent visit last weekend, this view has changed for us.
The issue that occurred with us at your restaurant was the food that we ordered. I am very disappointed with what happened as this was very much unexpected and unfortunate.
As an overall rating, our experience at your restaurant was not very good. Hopefully, you will be able to look into the matter and prohibit the reoccurrence of the issue reported to one of your staff.
