Cultural heritage has always served as a basis, a source of knowledge, a means of upbringing and education for the ideological development of generations in different historical periods. In particular, the cultural and material heritage of the Uzbek people, formed over the centuries, is an integral part of acting as an international cultural bridge in the development of world civilization. Within the framework of the tasks set out in the "Action Strategy for the five priority areas of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021", programs for the systematic development of museum activities and museum work have been adopted. They envisage the development of international relations, mutually beneficial cooperation, the presentation of the rich history of the country, its current achievements to the world community through extensive exhibitions in Uzbekistan and abroad, the promotion of unique exhibits in museums around the world. . They play an important role in the more complete and effective use of Uzbekistan's tourism potential.[1]

Also, in the Address of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis on December 28, 2018, he noted that is one of the tasks.
Also, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 20, 2017 No. PP-3074 "On the establishment of the Center for the Study of Cultural Heritage Abroad of Uzbekistan under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan" dated December 19, 2018 - Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 11, 2017 No 4068 "On measures to radically improve the activities in the field of protection of tangible cultural heritage", "On measures to radically improve the activities of state museums in 2017-2027 Implementation of the priorities set out in the Resolution "On approval of a comprehensive program of measures to strengthen the technical base" and other regulations in the field is very important for today and in the future.[2]
It is no exaggeration to say that in recent years there has been a Renaissance in the development of museology in Uzbekistan. This is especially evident in the establishment of new museums. As evidence of our opinion, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 20, 2017 1003 "On the establishment of the State Museum of the History of Applied Arts and Crafts of Uzbekistan", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 30, 2019 "Sarmishsay", "Shahrisabz", "Termez" and "Kokand" Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 26, 2019 "On the organization of the Erkin Vahidov Memorial Museum and the Treasury House-Museum" gi 630 resolutions can be specified.
The establishment of the Tashkent Museum on the initiative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has become one of the great achievements in museology. Located in the Alley of Writers, the museum tells the story of the ancient Shosh history of the capital of our country through exhibits that are considered living witnesses of history.
“Tashkent, located at the crossroads of the Great Silk Road, has been a center of science, culture and enlightenment for centuries. Today, our capital, the golden threshold of our homeland, is developing and becoming one of the most beautiful and prosperous megacities. However, such a large city has never had its own museum, ”the presidential press service said. In addition, the coverage of the worthy contribution of the multinational people of Uzbekistan to the great victory over fascism, who showed courage and bravery in the Second World War, courage and bravery behind the front, participants of the Second World War and In order to immortalize the names of our compatriots who worked selflessly behind the front lines, to engrave their incomparable courage and tenacity in the pages of history, to educate the younger generation in the spirit of love and devotion to the Motherland, the State Museum "Glory" was established in Tashkent.
On the implementation of the Action Strategy for the five priority areas of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2017-2021 in the "Year of dialogue with the people and human interests", approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 7, 2017 No PF-4947 State Program "and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 31, 2017 No PP-3022" On measures to further develop and improve the field of culture and arts " Resolution No. 975 of 11 December 2012 “On approval of the Comprehensive Program of Measures to Improve the Activities and Strengthen the Material and Technical Base of State Museums for 2017-2027” defined the prospects for the development of museums in our country.[3]
It is known from history that the collection, preservation and display of collections in the world's largest foreign museums provide an opportunity to get acquainted with the history of material and cultural monuments created by the people of that country. The priorities of the preservation of historical and cultural heritage in world museology are the improvement of museum communication through their scientific research and promotion. Priorities to be fulfilled by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 6, 2021 "On measures to further improve the system of public administration in the field of tourism, sports and cultural heritage" PF-6199 It is natural that it serves as a solid foundation for finding.
