How to answer “What is your greatest achievement?”


The ideal way to answer this general interview question is to give examples of episodes where you shined in your work sphere.

Here are a few things you can do when preparing for an interview and in order to frame a great response to “What is your greatest achievement?”

a. Read the job description thoroughly


This is an important part for a candidate who is preparing for an interview.

So, you can accordingly list down incidents where you shined the brightest.

b. Research the Company


We cannot stress enough on the importance of researching a company prior to scheduling an interview with them.
