Conclusion

So, I made a plan for my personal life and career. The work was challenging, but interesting at the same time. It was difficult, because sometimes it was not easy to objectively look at yourself from the outside, to look into your soul and put your thoughts on paper. Moreover, before I rarely seriously thought about what I want from life. Of course, there were vague ideas. But it took a lot of effort to analyze everything, to “sort it out on the shelves”. But I think the result was worth it.

The profession of a manager requires a specialist to be able to manage, first of all, himself. After all, how can a person lead other people, an entire organization, if he cannot even manage himself?

What helps one person to go forward all his life, to arrange his happiness and increase wealth, while others cannot even start? What gives one strength and energy, and leaves others passive? Why are some able to see the perspective in a tangle of problems and get through to what they dreamed of, while others make desperate efforts, endlessly wrong, but never come to anything?

Now I understand that self-government takes an important place in a person's life. After all, consistent and targeted use of proven working methods in everyday practice helps you make optimal use of your time. Make the most of your own capabilities, consciously manage the course of your life and overcome external circumstances, both at work and in your personal life - this is what every person should strive for, and even more so as a manager, leader.
