We guarantee the parts of the machines against any manufacture fault 
or defect for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning. 
The customer will send the parts to be replaced to Electro -Jet S.A. 
These parts will have to be examined by us or by the manufacturers, in 
order to analyse the possible manufacture fault or defect, before 
replacing them free of charge. 
The parts that will have to be replaced due to their own wear are not 
covered. 
In the same way, we will accept no liability for the bad operation of the 
machines due to reasons not related to Electro-Jet. 
The guarantee is not extended in cases of defective operation or 
breakdowns caused by a bad usage, accident, problems of electrical 
supply and/or causes of force majeure. 
Note:
In the course of technical continuous improvement, Electro-Jet reserves 
the right to change the brand of their components without prior warning. 
The buyer accepts the ownership reserve in favour of the seller of this 
machinery and / or installations, remaining the paid part on account of 
damages. 
 
Both parts are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of 
Vic

Erection of the installation: 
 
During the whole erection, our technicians will have to dispose of the collaboration of a technician 
and an electrician being preferably from the factory maintenance staff.
With relation to the training of the personnel, it would be advisable that during both the erection 
process and the starting and training, the technician or technicians that the customer estimates 
and foresees that will have to take care of the maintenance, would be together wi th our 
technicians. Therefore, the future theoretical preparation, will be reinforced with the practice 
obtained during the erection process, thus getting to know the system much better.
 
 
Situation of the supplied material: 
 
The customer must place the material delivered by Electro-Jet, S.A. next to the area where the 
erection of all this material will have to take place, or at least, provide all the human and/or 
mechanical resources to carry these elements to this mentioned area.
