1.What tools would you use to determine the authenticity of the paintings?

2.Should the price of a painting be based on its beauty or on its history? Explain your answer.

Answer:

1. 
   I read passages of Finding Fakes and The Lost Leonardo, and if I need to verify a work of art when I buy any picture, I use digital authentication techniques. this method is currently being developed. in this method the image is scanned and then compared with the electronic version of the original. so we are less likely to be deceived. because the computer definitely pays attention to things we don’t.

   In my opinion, the price of a picture should only affect its beauty. Because its historicity is secondary. For example, let's say we draw a beautiful picture now, we sell it for beauty, not because it is drawn at the moment. If we can't sell it now, we can sell it after 10-15 years for its beauty, but not for its historicity. That's my opinion. Nowadays, I think that the works of Leonardo da Vinci and Rembrandt are sold not because of his historicity, but because they are so beautiful and perfectly drawn.
