I. GENERAL RULES.
1.1. "RUKSHONA SHODIYONA" joint venture in the form of a limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as "the company") operates as a legal entity based on the current laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the founding documents of the company.
This Charter was developed based on the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the "Civil Code" of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Limited and Additional Liability Companies and Limited and Additional Liability Companies".
