Question 7. Which skill is the most important for you?

As shown in graph students had very strong beliefs on the necessity of listening and speaking as skill they would need most in their career while other skills reading/writing seemed to be less essential. They stated they would not need to do any tasks related to use their solid reading comprehension or enhanced writing skills. Thus, they preferred to have more speaking and listening classes.
Question 8. Which skill do you find most difficult?

The figure shows that more than one fourth of the participants found writing to be the most difficult skill to acquire, reading holding the next highest position with 8 students. Speaking and listening did not trouble them much as they had been focusing on them much than others and needed them most than any other skill.
Question 9. What kind of learner are you?

As it is represented in the infographic a great deal of learners enjoys learning through maps, diagrams with clear view of the situation with audio (listening) being the second popular choice. The least number of learners was in kinesthetic group. This was important in order to select appropriate instruction style coming from the learning styles of learners.
Question 10. Do you think you need special ESP course?
The whole group confirmed this and said ‘yes’ pointing to the fact that their specialty is logistics so it is very likely that they may lack of appropriate instruction that can really push their true potential if given EGP classes. Thus, it would be on target if they were presented with an ESP course that focuses on teaching language content combining effectively with fun classroom activities.
Needs Analysis questionnaire has been one of the most essential data collection tools in this study as it determined clear set of targets to plan before starting a syllabus design. According to the results, many participants really approved the role of ESP as an important course on accomplishing their goals. They mostly considered speaking and listening as the most needed areas to study and develop in their professional career since they would be required to start a conversation with foreign partners on making arrangements, explaining them routines and etc. Additionally, it showed learners hardships which were mainly to be in reading/writing skills as they stated the reason to be the lack of exposure to such activities in classes. All in all, this survey lay the fundamentals of syllabus design for logistics students.
