The aim of research work is development of scientific earthquake - 
engineering basis for seismic risk assessment at various territorial levels 
(administrative regions, urban areas and construction sites) based certain regional 
and local patterns of machification in the intensity of seismic impacts and the 
vulnerability of various types of buildings.
