Nest One (translated as "Nest One") is a multi-functional skyscraper under construction in Tashkent, 266.5 m high, lot 4 of the "Tashkent City" KKM[1].
The central and tallest tower of the complex has 51 floors and includes residential rooms, offices, restaurants, sports fields and other public spaces. Adjacent buildings of the complex include office space and five-star hotel "The Ritz-Carlton"[2].
The total area of the project is 187,284 sq.m. The total area of the plot is 14,779 sq.m. The project budget is 150 million US dollars.
Upon completion, Nest One will become the first skyscraper and the tallest building in Uzbekistan, as well as the second tallest building in Central Asia after the Abu Dhabi Plaza complex.
