Exercise 3. Comment on the forms of the Infinitives. 
1. The child was happy to have been brought home. 2. I am sorry to have 
spoilt your mood. 3. I am awfully sorry to have kept you waiting. 4. I am 
very happy to have had the pleasure of making your acquaintance. 5. To be 
instructed by such an experienced specialist was a great advantage. 
6. When I go on holiday I ask Mum to look after my house plants. 7. He

me laugh. 9. You have your own life to consider. 10. Don’t you understand
