Welcome to the Northern Eurasia Finals (NEF). This document contains credentials for the NEF Online 

round scheduled to start on December 13, 2020 at 10:00 MSK.

Here is a short reminder of important NEF Online rules: 

  Every contestant can use a personal computer (up to three computers per team). 

  Contestants are allowed to use any written sources of information including sources from the 

Internet created before the beginning of the contest. 

  Contestants are NOT allowed to use help from third parties including materials created after the 

beginning of the contest. 

  Judging committee keeps the right to disqualify any team should source codes or help from third 

parties facts be discovered. 

The following teams advance from NEF Online to NEF Offline: 

  Stage A. For each university the highest ranked team at NEF Online is selected. From among 

those teams the top 35 teams advance. 

  Stage B. The temporary standings are formed from the NEF Online standings by removing the 

teams advanced at stage A. The top 15 teams from the temporary standings advance. 

As part of NEF Online you are invited to join ICPC NERC Challenge powered by Huawei on December
