Nowadays ,more and more older people have to compete with young people for the same job. What problems can this cause ?What are the solutions? In recent times there have been formed a significant competition between the old and young generation for particular recruitment. I believe there are some challenges associated with age and surely the remedies to this problem to be solved. The major problem from the perspective of old generation is tend to be their concern about the certain level of hard-working that they contributed to the company they work for. They do not believe that the youngsters can take the whole responsibility and follow their steps in contribution and development of the company. Thus, the elder elaborately resist to be replaced by the young and do not want to be retired .When it comes to youngsters they face unemployment even after being graduated from university. This lead to kill their enthusiasm and interest associated with their future occupation. Besides it, the unhealthy competition between two generation would create the sense of abhorrent and lead to some misconceptions consequently, to certain unpleasant situations between them. Turning to possible solutions , one key step would be to organize some ceremony dedicated on possible achievements and success of the employee before his retirement and show it to newcomers as an example in order to form a friendly atmosphere between them . Additionally, providing the elder with some facilities after being retirement including fitness equipment ,food supply or financial rewards would help them to live peacefully and do not have to seek a job another time in the future . By doing this it could be avoidable to stay free of such incidents between both generations. To sum up, this is a problem that has an effect both generations as mentally much as socially , and the solution will require the officials of the companies to be more responsible to maintain the balance between the old and young generation.
