Tasks of the research:
to clarify assessment components and psychodiagnostic tools in the study of methodological approaches to the phenomenon of the social-psychological portrait of a student-psychologist and the relevance of the social-psychological portrait to the professional formation of a student-psychologist;
to study the importance of student-psychologists' reasons for choosing a profession, educational motivations, professional competencies that ensure professional success as structural structures of a psychologist’s socio-psychological portrait;
to determine the formal-dynamic and personal characteristics of the socio-psychological portrait of student-psychologists and the place of group attitude, psychological microenvironment and group cohesion indices in the social-psychological portrait of student-psychologists;
to develop a map describing the components of the social-psychological portrait of student-psychologists based on empirical indicators of the leading factors that determine the importance of the social-psychological portrait of student-psychologists in ensuring professional growth.
The object of the research consists of total 283 respondents, of which 43 are professor-teachers, 240 are the bachelor students of psychology education, including 100 students of Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami, 70 students of Andijan State University and 70 students of Bukhara State University.
The subject of the research is the structural components of the socio-psychological portrait, the formal-dynamic, personal qualities, interpersonal relations and professional competencies that serve to ensure the professional development of student-psychologists.
Methods of the research. The following methods were used in the research: observation, conversation, as well as the technique of V.M. Rusalov «Formal-dynamic questionnaire of individual differences»; questionnaire R.B. Cattell «Adult Personality Study 16 PF (option A) »; questionnaire I. G. Senin «Value orientations»; A.A. test Reana and V.A. Yakunin «Study of educational motivation of students»; questionnaire V.M. Zavyalova «Assessment of the microenvironment in a student group»; technique L.M. Fridman, V.S. Ivashkin and V.V. Onufriyeva «Studying the unity of values ​​and cohesion in the study group»; method of V. Smekal and M. Kuchera «Determining the orientation of a person»; author's methods «Assessment of factors influencing the choice of the profession of a psychologist» and «Assessment of general professional competencies of students-psychologists independently and by an expert», the reliability of the results obtained was confirmed by mathematical and static methods, Student's t-test, K. Pearson's correlation analysis, methods of factor analysis.
