O ldingi ish imizda[1 ] R u va C u oksidlari bilan legirlangan L SSH da g( ℰ) qanday taqsimlanish i mumkinligi h aqida nazariy muloh azalarni keltirgan va bunda adabiyotlarda [2 - 6 ] keltirilgan ma’lumotlardan foydalanganedik. R uvaC uoksidlari bilanlegirlanganL SSH da g( ℰ) ~ d 2 I/dV 2 ni mikrokontakt spektroskopiyasi usulida ( 1 - rasm) [7 ] o‘rganish tajriba natijalari va nazariy muloh azalarning umumiy o‘xsh ash ligini va sh u bilan birga jiddiy farq qilish ini ko‘rsatdi ( 2 - rasm) . B unda I – mikrokontaktorqali o‘tayotgan o‘zgarmas tok, V – mikrokontaktbilan namuna orasidagi kuch lanish . M ikrokontakt spektroskopiyasida namuna va mikrokontaktning o’ zaro joylash uvi Jumladan, nazariy jih atdan R uO 2 va C uO h osilqilgan energetik sathlar sh ish aning valentzonasidan va bir-biridan sezilarli energetik tirqish bilan ajralib turish i lozim edi, tajribadaesabusathlaro‘zaro qo‘sh ilibketgani ma’lum bo‘ldi ( 2 c- rasm) . B undantash qari, kiritmalarsh ish aningtaqiqlanganzonasida( kengligi 3 , 3 eV atrofida) kiritma energetik sathlari h osilqilish i tasdiqlandi va bu sathlar valent zonasiningsh iftigaqo‘sh ilibketgani aniqlandi.
