It is my honor to recommend Abdulazizov Damir Bakhriddin Ugli for The National Scholarship Programme of the Slovak Republic. I taught him as a seminar teacher in Public Financial Control course of Finance and Accounting faculty at Tashkent State University of Economics for a year.

I can confidently say that he is one of the most exceptional students I have encountered in my decade of teaching. He demonstrates a keen interest, understanding complex systems and talent in combining with international economic relations and public financial institutions, as well as proficiency I have noticed that he has an excellent knowledge in macro and microeconomics, politics, rigorous theoretical and empirical economic analysis and exact sciences from the bachelor background. So, mentioned experiences are able to open new future career in public administrations with linking a progress of financial factors and markets such as foreign direct and foreign portfolio investment, trading, bonds and etc. I found that his ability to learn foreign languages and culture, coupled with his passion for organizing events, especially doing surveys on his research of increasing negotiations within Central Asian Countries in terms of Economic, Political, Society and Cultural make him an ideal candidate for this program. In addition to his academic achievements, Damir Abdulazizov has shown strong leadership and teamwork skills. He is always willing to share his knowledge and collaborate with other students to achieve common goals and pushing for job prospects in a wide range of careers in various fields such as international organizations, international financial organizations, financial standards as analysts or researchers. He has been an active member of my courses in theoretical fields and research methods which is created by our faculty.

He is very interested in the structure of European Union. He consistently seeks out opportunities to further his knowledge in this area, whether it be through his coursework or group projects. His enthusiasm for the Eu economy is evident in his selection of topics and his willingness to share valuable insights with his peers. Since his goal is to study advanced- level courses in the core areas of economics, elective courses in major economic policy areas, theoretical fields and research methods more comprehensively and analyze a country's local economy and the role of in EU at the same time, National Scholarship Programme of the Slovak Republic makes him an ideal chance to learn.

I am confident that Damir Abdulazizov is the ideal candidate for this program. It will provide him with the opportunity to expand his perspectives and develop into a strong leader with a passion for creating an equitable society.
