Introduction Nowadays Uzbekistan has achieved great success in many areas such as in banking and so on. This sector deserves special analysis in global development. The introduction of electronic payment systems (EPS) for the first time at the national level has been introduced on 18th of March in 1994th year. Electronic payment system in the banking sector is a nationwide payment system based on non-paper technology and transmission and reception of data through the Central Bank. The establishment of this system to commercial banks in Uzbekistan has accelerated the transition of interbank payments and has provided great opportunities for full automation of banking operations. It is obvious from the case that electronic payment systems in order to be more productive, it is required to safeguard its data and there will be necessity to use modern remedies to solve this problem. Moreover, the relevance of this issue is that all the information related to the banking industry is associated with the value of money (whether for cash or non-cash). The top priority always has been ensuring safety and security. Turning to the next issue, users can face a problem in terms of paying electronically according to their ages, namely the older layer of society may have some complexities due to utilizing modern payment system in Uzbekistan. Ethical Consideration Particularly, researchers may not observe proper answers while surveying owing to the inadequate response options of people. Many people in our society sometimes cannot express their point of view. The reasons for this may be different. People in Uzbekistan pay great attention to the mentality of our country, where modesty takes a significant place. Citizens feel awkward when they are asked a question, the answer to which may cause personal inconvenience. They timidly enter into a conversation on any special topics, because they reckon that our upbringing, attitude to religion, or simply their embarrassment can be a barrier of their life. Hence, these are the common problems of researchers when designing the effective survey questions. Conclusion It is concluded that e-payment is not only one the most leading and successful product but it will also be an essential for the growth of any developing country especially if we observe in the context of Uzbekistan it clearly indicates that in future mobile banking will be a product that will provide a gradual boost to the economy.
