INFORMATION LETTER 
Dear colleagues! 
The organizing committee of the international scientific-practical conference on the topic 
"Trends in the formation of the rules of the urban "design code" and priority problems of the 
architectural environment" invites you to participate in the conference which will be held on May 
20, 2023 at the Tashkent University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. 
This international scientific and practical conference is dedicated to the memory of the 
deceased professor, doctor of architecture Ahmedov Muhammad Kasimovich.
Production specialists, professors, doctoral students, young scientists, undergraduates and 
talented students can take part in the conference with their articles, reports and theses. 
Scientific and practical directions of the conference: 
1. Problems of formation and development of "design-code" rules in the urban environment; 
2. Actual problems and practical solutions of urban planning and landscape architecture; 
3. Problems of preservation and restoration of architectural monuments and objects of cultural 
heritage; 
4. Traditional and modern methods of planning architectural objects; 
5. Prospects for the implementation of BIM technologies in the fields of design and
construction.
Requirements for scientific articles: 
1. Articles must be submitted to the conference in Microsoft Word format, the text of the article
must be written in Uzbek, Russian or English, and the volume must be at least 4 pages.
2. The abstract is presented in Uzbek-English or Russian-English, depending on the language of the
article (at least 5-6 lines).
3. Key words - in Uzbek-English or Russian-English (at least 8).
4. It is obligatory to have references to the used literature and sources.
5. Article in A4 format, text font Times New Roman, 14 font, 1.5 intervals, indent to the left
paragraph 1.25 cm, page margins should be 2 cm above and below, 2 cm left and right, and inline
references in the text in square brackets - [1], [2].
6. Under the figures, graphic images, a serial number should be put down and an explanation given
(the serial number and the name of the tables are indicated in the upper right corner).
NOTE: The authors are personally responsible for the content and reliability of the information
provided in the articles. The organizing committee reserves the right to reject articles that do not
meet the requirements of the conference or that are submitted after the deadline.
