Annotation. The current state of the capital market in Uzbekistan, the role of the economy in the country, investment in the economy, the study of direct arguments and advantages of the development of the system, the introduction of a problematic system and the introduction of the capital market to a new level, the vision of fast production has become clear. These reforms confirmed the activity in our country and the role of the world community. It is possible to analyze long-term investments of the subjects of our economy and enter the international capital market. The economic indicators in the activities of economic entities engaged in the labor process have been studied. Analysis of the market of theoretical and practical assistance provided by the authorities of Uzbekistan at the exit of medical capital. For the perspective of this activity and suggestions are given. Three articles consist of track-parts. The first part is devoted to the history of Eurobonds, the rest - to the features of the issue and circulation of Eurobonds.

GLOBAL YEVROOBLIGATSIYALAR BOZORIDA O‘ZBEKISTON ISHTIROKINI KENGAYTIRISH IMKONIYATLARI
Annotatsiya. O‘zbekistonda mavjud kapital bozorini holatini Respublika iqtisodiyotida tutgan o‘rni, uning iqtisodiyotga ta‘siri , mazkur tizimning rivojiga to‘sqinlik qiluvchi argumentlarni o‘rganish, tizimning salbiy oqibatlarini yumshatish va kapital bozorini yangi bosqichga olib chiqish masalasi, tezkor choralarni ko‘rish yoritib berildi. Bu islohatlarda yurtimizdagi faollik va dunyo hamjamiyatining o‘rni yoritib berildi. Iqtisodiyotimiz subyektlarining uzoq muddatli investitsiyalarini jalb qilish va xalqaro kapital bozoriga chiqish salohiyati o‘rganildi, tahlil qilindi. Ushbu jarayonni amalga oshirayotgan xo‘jalik subyektlari faoliyatida yuz berayotgan iqtisodiy ko‘rsatgichlar o‘rganildi. Xalqaro kapital bozoriga chiqishda O‘zbekiston hokimiyati tomonidan amalga oshirilayotgan imkoniyatlar, nazariy va amaliy yordamlar tahlil qilindi. Mazkur faoliyatning istiqboli uchun xulosa va takliflar berildi. Ushbu maqola uchta qismdan iborat. Birinchi qismda yevroobligatsiyalarning paydo bo‘lish tarixi, ikkinchi va uchinchi qismlarda yevroobligatsiyalarning chiqarilishi va muomalasining o‘ziga xos xususiyatlariga e’tibor qaratilgan.
