Conclusion
Cloud computing, advanced algorithms, and artificial intelligence are all interrelated and have a major effect on how individuals are changing their way of acting within and outside organizations. The digitalization has shown that it has majorly changed the workforce population, the skill set needed, and the way to interact and collaborate as well as to communicate within an organization not only from employee’s side but also from the leadership side.
