The system of transportation can be easily added to the list above because if costumers see this place as a comfortable link for any kind of transport, it is possible for them to overlook many small problem they can face during their stay

Overall look of the hotel is the main advertisement for every potential consumer and it can attract big proportion of it. By just looking at it a person can easily imagine how professional the place is and how much would they pay for living in this work of art . It should always be with many lights to atract consumers in the dark and to look better. It is proved by psychological doctors that the brighter it is the more comfortable people feel around it.

In this cases the team has to have leader or head to make sure that all of them doing their work correctly and if not to correct them

Services nearby For a building like hotel it is always handy to be surrounded by services like supermarkets, money exchenge atms , banks, mobile services, restaurants, pharmacy and etcetera. For costumers who are related to business or meetings it should at least have one conference hall nearby or in the building itself and the receptionist should be aware of its existance to lead their guests to the right place

Marketing and economy

On one hand the service has to control its economical sides for this reason they need at least one economist
On the other hand it can should have people working on new demands and the ways to cover them up
