Pulatova Dilorom Sabitovna began her scientific career in 1978 at the Institute of Nuclear Physics of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan. She defended his Ph.D. thesis on the theory of deep levels in diamond-like semiconductors in 1988. She continued his scientific research in the laboratory of “Physics of semiconductors and radiation physics” at this Institute. During his scientific activity she has published more than 30 articles and abstracts in foreign and national scientific journals and conference proceedings, co-authored 2 monographs.
National and foreign utility models inventions related to physics, mechanics, chemistry, medicine, mining, agriculture and other fields of science as a leading State patent specialist from 2010 to 2020 in the Department of "Expertise of useful models and scientific and technical expertise of inventions" of the Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan and conducted an examination of applications for inventions.
In the course of work in the body for the formation and preparation of the national regulatory framework in the field of the use of atomic energy for peaceful purposes, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a draft intergovernmental nuclear power plant on the Russian project in the Republic of Uzbekistan, organized by the Academy Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Innovation, regularly participated as an expert in the work of working groups on training and other issues.
"One Hundred Inventive Women" held by the Women's Committee and "Inventive Youth" held jointly with the Ministry of Public Education regularly participated as a jury member in Republican competitions.
She was awarded certificates of honor from the Women's Committee and the Republik Youth Technical Center.
During shis scientific work, she completed an internship at the Institute of Inorganic Chemistry in Moscow.
As member of the delegation of young scientists in Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia, she participated in lectures at the “Summer School of Physicists” in Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, England, France and other countries.
Currently she works as the head of the department of international cooperation at the Research Institute of Physics of Semiconductors and Microelectronics of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek.
