State and society - guarantees of training and retraining of personnel, which regulate and supervise the system of education and training.
Continuous education is the basis of training competent competitive personnel, includes all types of education, state education standards, the structure of the personnel training system and its environment.
Science is the developer of advanced pedagogical and information technologies that prepares and uses highly qualified professionals
Production - is a major customer, defining the quality of training and staffing, as well as the process of providing financial and logistical support to the personnel training system.
Knowledge - the results of studying the environment in practice, are clearly reflected in the human brain.
Qualification - the ability of an individual to effectively carry out the activity under changing circumstances or under new circumstances. Qualification is the ability to comprehend existing information, build a plan for the purpose, manage and control the activity through this knowledge. Simple skills can be automated and skills-enabled enough.
Skills - this is the ability to automatically perform any action without controlling partitions. That's why sometimes skills are called automated skills. Skills and qualifications are varied on a variety of logical basis.
Interactive training - a workshop with teachers and students actively involved; the process will co-operate.
