1. Well , first of all, employees should demand their salary due to the work what they did. Moreover, the company which hires people should be more responsible for employee's salary and safety. Now, the company should take all responsibilities and duties as well as they must pay money to employees more than usual. Furthermore, they need to get right all the complains from social media and be polite. Until they do not explain all the situation to the social media the rumours might be more and more where as it decreases the company’s ranking.
2. Firstly , information which is given by reporter is not clear. Also, nowadays in order to get more popularity in mass media reporters are making an article that are not even confirmed officially. Additionally, these type of articles should be checked thoroughly by the people who are responsible for. In fact , for posting wrong information as well as blaming someone for no reason is also illegal in all countries. As I said before , Politicians should demand their rights in anywhere and they need to explain all the situation to mass media.
3. From my point of view, every company do some mistakes accidentally but that doesn't mean that company is innocent. So first and foremost, company should take control of all privacy as well as they must warn all 500 customers and explain the situation. If they don't warn them ,customers might lose money from their credit cards. So customers also transfer all their money to another credit card.
