By purchasing a building in order to further improve the quality of the provided service,
      

to improve the quality of services provided to customers, intended to be used for the purpose of creation. In order to implement this work, he wants to start work by leasing 56076.3 thousand soums at 18% per year.

Note: The building planned to be purchased by the enterprise costs 80,109.0 thousand sums, and 70% of the price of this building will be received from the bank on the basis of leasing. The remaining 30% will be paid by the society.

It is planned to spend around 80109.0 thousand soums to realize this goal. However, based on its current capabilities and the conditions created by the Banks of Uzbekistan, the Enterprise considers that it is necessary to obtain leasing funds in the amount of 56,076.3 thousand soums for a period of 3 years at an annual rate of 18 percent.

In addition to these, along with the organization of this activity, the company also aims to create 3 new jobs.
