Ijarat ul-amal reflects the provision of services for an agreed fee
Ijarat ul-manafa represents the provision of useful properties of the object at an agreed price.
Lease agreement with subsequent transfer of ownership is called Ijara wal-iqtina.

An Ijara contract requires that both the lessor and the lessee have rights and obligations.
