The music of Louisiana, the USA, is as hot as its cuisine, and equally as varied, Jazz music was born 
in New Orleans, and there is still no city that is as strong as  a magnet for jazz talent. Besides jazz, 
there is a strong tradition of blues music, which grew out of the  cane and cotton fields of the 
Mississippi Delta, inspiring generations of musicians throughout the world and begetting the strong
