I asked for a replacement for a defective product, but was refused. After the purchase, I wore shoes for 2 days and found significant flaws, there was a deformation in the heel area. I immediately informed the seller about the incident, asking me to exchange the goods of inadequate quality sold to me for goods of appropriate quality or to return the money paid by me for the goods. My requirements were refused, namely: one of the assistants consultant told me that he did not intend to change the goods or return the money.
