email carefully as it contains important details about accessing and completing your
exam.

your registration and will have to register again.

Before you start your exam you must:
Update to the 
latest Chrome version
Confirm you have a working webcam
Prepare a stable internet connection
Run a 
system check
 to ensure the testing platform works properly on your device.

Steps for Launching Your Exam:
To start your exam

. This link is specific to your account and will automatically log you into
your exam.
Note: Once launched, the exam must be completed in a single 180-minute (3 hour) session.

Please remember the exam is confidential and questions cannot be shared under any circumstances.
Google requires test takers to agree to a 
Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA)
 and the 
Exam Privacy Policy
on the
introductory screen of the exam platform before launching the exam. If you do not accept the terms, you will
not be permitted to take the exam to certify you in the Google for Education Certification program.
