First of all, I decided to write brie y about why I have chosen to study in South 
Korea. Since my childhood, I have been watching worldwide popular K-series 
and wondering about its rich culture(which is similar to ours), history, 
character, clothes, food, and of course attention to education.
The rst and main factor is an unquestionably high quality of education. 
Academics in Korea are very competitive, everyone is extremely serious about 
their studies and that makes a great opportunity and atmosphere for me either. 
Cause when everyone around you tries hard to achieve their goals and success, 
you will want to do the same. Safety, location, and affordable prices are extras 
that made me choose to study there. South Korea is one of the fastest-growing 
countries. I guess South Korea can compete with the world's leading countries 
with its educational system and prestigious universities. And one of those 
universities is certainly UNIST. I have been researching since I heard about the 
university from my friend. Why do I want to study exactly at UNIST?
First, UNIST follows English Education Policy, which means entire classes are 
in English. That is the only university of its kind in Korea. Because only around 
30% of universities in South Korea offer courses in English.
Next, it gives wonderful opportunities. When I arrive as a freshman, I do not 
have to choose a particular major, I can select one in the forthcoming year. As I 
am going to study in South Korea, I found out that I have to study a Korean 
Foundation course there when I get admitted. It would be a great opportunity 
for me to reach an advanced level in Korean since I am a huge fan of learning 
foreign languages.

Even though UNIST is a young university, it is a top university in Korea, and 
going to be the best very soon in the world.
I found out that UNIST is a unique place with professors included in the lists of 
most cited and had worldwide in uence in their areas. And all of them are 
dedicated to making crucial contributions. Also, the professors at UNIST are 
very kind and helpful, they are not only willing to help but desperately want to 
help. So why not study, research with that kind of people and be the one of 
most in uential people in the world?
I cannot stop myself from writing about its amazing campus.
And let’s start my plans for the 4 years of my study at UNIST after admission.
As I know, I need not choose one particular major, when I rst arrive there. So I 
am planning to acquire all basic subjects like Python programming, C++, and 
Calculus and thinking about my exact major for the forthcoming years. Also, as I 
mentioned I will be learning Korean to reach the advanced level and may spend 
time getting used to the new country, culture, and new people.
In the second year, I will choose one major, which is going to be Computer 
Science and Engineering. Also, I have an interest in business, so I will take 
Business Administration courses. Starting the second year, I will try to attend 
some extra classes too, to strengthen my abilities in the IT sphere.
