Implementation of research results. Based on the obtained scientific results and developed proposals for the development of communicative competence of students of pedagogical colleges based on an innovative approach:
based on the pedagogical and psychological characteristics of the structure of the development of communicative competence of students of pedagogical colleges, the textbook "Innovative educational technologies", proposals and recommendations for clarifying the didactic opportunities and pedagogical conditions for the development of communicative competence of students on the basis of an innovative approach were used in the development of qualification requirements for the educational direction of pedagogical colleges "4.11.02.02-Educator of preschool education" (certificate No. 89-05-134 dated October 18, 2022 of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan). As a result, the content of the development of the communicative competence of students of the pedagogical college has been improved;
innovative methods, as well as trainings and exercises aimed at developing the communicative competence of students of pedagogical colleges, were used in teaching the subject "Innovative educational technologies and methods" at the Tashkent Pedagogical College, Namangan Pedagogical College, Bakhmal Pedagogical School No.2 (reference No. 89-05-134 Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 18, 2022). As a result, the development of the communicative competence of students in the process of the educational process in pedagogical colleges has been achieved;
the textbook "Innovative Educational Technologies" was created for teacher training colleges, an electronic training course was developed and put into practice, containing trainings and exercises and including the modules "Assignments", "Theoretical materials", "Recommendations" and "Evaluation log" (reference No. 89- 05-134 of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 18, 2022 and Certificate No. DGU18707 of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan). As a result, this served to develop the communicative competence of students of the Pedagogical College, improve the quality and efficiency of education.
