CHAPTER 2 SOFTWARE PROGRAMMES WHICH CAN MODEL FTTX TECHNOLOGY
2.1 Types of software programmes
There are various software programs available that can be used to model FTTx technology. These software programs can be used to simulate and analyze different network scenarios, evaluate the performance of FTTx networks, and optimize network design and deployment. Here are some examples of software programs that can model FTTx technology:
iBwave: iBwave is a software program that provides a suite of tools for designing, planning, and optimizing FTTx networks. The program can simulate different network scenarios, analyze network performance, and generate detailed reports on network design and deployment.
