Men Sharof Rashidov nomidagi Samarqand davlat universitetida tashkil etilgan "saratonga qarshi dorilar yaratish'" ilmiy Laboratoriya a'zosi A.Buronov prezentatsiyamni urumchi shahrida stajirovka o'tash uchun tayyorladim.
men stajirovkamni Urumchi shahridagi Chitoy fanlar akademiyasining "Shinjon fizika va kimyo texnika instituti" da amalga oshirmoqchiman. stajirovka 6 oylik bo'lib 1 yanvardan 30 iyungacha muljallangan.
Stajirovkamning maqsadlari quyidagicha:
Organik sintez bo'yicha tiofen xalqasi sintezi va uning modifikatsiyasini amalga oshirish va reaksiyalarning optimal sharoitlarni o'rganish rejalashtirilgan. Tiofen hosilalari turli xil biologik aktivliklarni juda past konsentratsiyalarda ko'rsatganligi uchun tanlab olingan. Adabiyotlar tahlili orqali o'ngdagi rasmda ko'rishimiz mumkin.
Bundan tashqari analitik HPLC qurilmasida ishlashni o'rganish. Bu qurilma quyidagi muhim imkoniyatlarga egadir:
Turli sohalarda HPLC ning qobilyatlaridan foydalanilmoqda. Bular:
stajirovkada rejalashtirilgan umumiy maqsadlar shundan iboratki:
Bundan tshqari oylar miqyosida ham ishlarni rejalashtirganman:
Stajirovkamdan kutayotgan natijalarim esa shunday:
So'zim oxirida aytmoqchimanki O'zbekistonda ilm-fan rivoji uchun yetuk mutaxasis bo'lishga harakat qilaman. e'tiborlaringiz uchun raxmat!!!

I prepared my presentation for an internship in Urumchi city, A. Buronov, a member of the Scientific Laboratory "Creation of Anti-Cancer Medicines" established at the Samarkand State University named after Sharof Rashidov.
I want to do my internship at "Xinjiang Institute of Physics and Chemical Technology" of China Academy of Sciences in Urumqi. internship is 6 months from January 1 to June 30.
The goals of my internship are as follows:
The practice goal
Carrying out modern and sensitive organic syntheses and develop the most optimal methods of synthesis so as to learn all the possibilities of High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) for analytical analysis, developing a strong specialist mindset which allows independent uses of the device while nurturing related skills and abilities, ultimately, being able to teach gained knowledge to subject-aware people in our country.
It is planned to carry out the synthesis and modification of the thiophene group in organic synthesis and to study the optimal conditions of the reactions. Thiophene derivatives have been selected because they show various biological activities at very low concentrations. We can see in the picture on the right through literature analysis.
Also learning how to operate an analytical HPLC device. This device has the following important features:
HPLC has the ability to separate, and identify compounds that are present in any sample that can be dissolved in a liquid in trace concentrations as low as parts per trillion.
HPLC is used in a variety of industrial and scientific applications, such as pharmaceutical, environmental, forensics, and chemicals.
By careful selection of the mobile phase, column and detector specific analytes can be identified within a complicated mixture of other components.
Although manual injection of samples is still possible, most HPLCs are now fully automated and controlled by computer.
HPLC is particularly useful for analysis of large molecules and compounds that are either not very volatile or thermally unstable.
HPLC can be used qualitatively and quantitatively, for measuring purity or even as part of a clean-up procedure to prepare an analyte for additional investigation.
The capabilities of HPLC are used in various fields. These are:
Assay and degradation studies of organic compounds.
Analysis of formaldehyde concentration.
Qualitative and quantitative analysis of additives and preservatives.
Nicotine assays in E-fluids for electronic cigarettes.
Bisphenol A migration from plastics and polymers for the food packaging and related markets.
Identification and quantification of phthalates in plastics and polymer products.
Analysis and quantification of malodourous organic acids including malodours in liquids.
Support for long term stability trials and product development.
Etc..
This is the general purpose of the internship:
1. Getting into research work
2. To determine the optimal conditions for the synthesis of essential and bioactive thienopyrimidine derivatives by synthesizing heterocycles condensed with a thiophene ring.
3. Learning to work independently in Analytical HPLC to effectively isolate bioactive substances and study analytical analysis methods as well as become a master who can edify such skills and abilities to Uzbek scientists.
4. Preparation of the article for prestigious journals to be indexed in the SCOPUS database based on the obtained results;
5. Discussing the results of the research with the host scientists through the exchange of ideas;
6. Discussion of future scientific tasks;
7. Studying the scientific experience and modern methods of the scientists from higher education institution visited;
8. Submitting a report on the general results to the Innovation Development Agency under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
9. The end of internship
Apart from that, I also planned things on a monthly basis:
IN JANUARY, Acquaintance with laboratory activities and personnel working on heterocyclic compounds and make plans with accommodation, medical examination and registration, agreed agreements on work to be performed.
IN FEBRUARY, To collect the necessary information for carrying out relevant synthesis research in a modern and elegant organic synthesis laboratory, and on the basis of this, create a laboratory workbench with all the necessary equipment for the collection of starting materials and reaction conditions.
IN MARCH, Using the methods of obtaining important and bioactive thienopyrimidines by carrying out synthesis and modification reactions of mono-bi-tricyclic heteroatoms consist of thiophene containing heterocycles, carrying out target syntheses by analyzing the results obtained during the work.
IN APRIL. Improving skills and abilities by getting acquainted with the existing equipment used in the separation and identification of synthesized substances during scientific work, in particular, Analytical High Performance Liquid Chromatograph (HPLC) and learning to work on the device.
IN MAY, Learning to work in Analytical High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) with the help of experts, building skills and working on this device, being a master level specialist who can teach uzbek scientists to work independently on this device
IN JUNE, Exchange of ideas through final discussions with laboratory staff and leading scientific staff on the final results, sending the results of scientific work to be published in the form of an article.
The results I expect from my internship are as follows:
Implementation of important and bioactive thienopyrimidines preparation routes by synthesis of heterocycles containing thiophene ring.
Gain the ability to perform independent analytical methods on this instrument and teach researchers through analytical high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) training.
In the end, I would like to say that I am trying to become a mature specialist for the development of science in Uzbekistan. Thank you for your attention!!!
