My name is Qodirov Abdulloh and I am a resident of Fergana, Uzbekistan. My parents, Mr. Akhmedov Sodik and Ms. Ziyayeva Dilraboxon. My mother is a bussiness lady and manages an insurance company and a book store. Her annual income is around 25 000 USD. My father works as a driver in Russian. His annual salary is approximately 12 000 USD. I live with my mother right now in Uzbekistan. My family also includes my sibling, Ms. Karimova Dilobarxon . She is married. In 2022, I graduated high school from 1^st school in Tashlak district with a CGPA of 3.1. I am proficient at the English language.

Since my childhood, I have passion for science. I have participated in different competitions that were organized among approximately 50 schools in terms of math. Since then, my love for these subjectts led me towards participation in different math and programming courses. In 2021, in October, when I was studying my final year at school, I read an article about Data Science. It immediately grabed my attention. After the lesson, I came home and searched for videos related to Data Science on YouTube. I found Mohirdev’s channel. This channel had a detailed information about data science and the importance and development of it in today’s world and the demand for it in our country were highlighted in the videos. By watching these videos, I became interested in this sphere. I send a message to Mohirdev on Telegram asking to suggest me a place to study Data Science. I was lucky to recieve a quick responce with a suggestion to study at his academy called Astrum. A week later, I went to the academy and met Mohirdev in person. I was so surprised when I saw the technologies that he created and how people around him respect him. He is definitely a master of his work. Then, I set myself the goal of becoming a professional like him. I started studying a Data Science at Astrum academy. After studying a few months, I once again was reassured about my choice of profession. This is mainly because this modern job is made with the best combination of math and programming that I am good at. I could see my future in this field. In addition, in May, when I was graduating school and my peers were applying for Universities, I wanted to apply for some university as well but my elder relatives who study at our local universities explained me that studying Data Sience at our universities in Uzbekistan would be just waste of time. The main reason for this is poor quality of education and non well organized and developed education system especially in IT sector. Therefore, despite the fact that I was admitted to our local university with full scholarship I refrained from studying. However, in September I started freelancing online. At that time I received and did works only from Uzbekistan, therefore i did not experience any difficulties. A month later, I wanted to test myself and took a work from abroad as a freelancer. I struggled and could not do the work as the client wanted. I saw a big difference between Data Science in Uzbekistan and in abroad. The client asked me where i have learnt Data Science and I replied that I studied at Astrum academy. Then, He advised me to get bachelors degree at some school or university in the country where this sphere is developed and modernized. I thought about this point for a while. Consequently, I made a decision to study bachelor degree in abroad.

Firstly, I started looking for country to study and live in. I had 3 options U.S.A, United Kingdom and Australia that are rated top 3 in the world in terms of the quality of education. I did not like the US because of its safety. It is well known that gun violence and drug addiction is very high in there. When it comes to United Kingdom, after long and thorough research I came to conclusion that the standard of IT teaching in the universities of United Kingdom is not as good and developed as that of Australia. It is better to study IT in Australian universities compared with in universities in UK. Also, one of my cousins who went to London to study a year ago recommended not to go to United Kingdom to study. The reason for this was that the climate there is a bit cold and it takes a long time to get used to living there. He said it would be the best way to study in Australia. First, I paid attention the education system of Australia for international students. I found that Education for international students in Australia is designed in such a way that students think on a grant scale and graduates with best qualifications. Also, it offers world class education and in fact many world renowned innovations are invented by university graduates from Australia. The second thing was the climate of it. The weather of Australia is almost the same with the that of my residence. So, I chose Australia.

Secondly, I began to search for institutions that are located in Australia. S P Jain School of Global Management grabbed my attention. I came acros with website of S P Jain School of Global Management and read everything about it. Data Science that I had chosen to learn is advanced and holistic for international students in there also well-organized. When it comes to statistics of school, amazingly every graduate is employed within a month of graduation. Additionally, students around the world come to this school to study. This, in turn, will give me an opportunity to meet my peers who come from different countries and this helps me to broad my horizon. Also, there is one fact - the degrees of their faculty are amazing. More than 74 percent of their core faculty have doctoral degrees. So, I can get knowledge from well-educated teachers. These are my main reasons for applying to this school.

Now, I have an aim to graduate Data science at SP Jain in Australia then return to my country. Because, in Uzbekistan the duty of the youngest or only male child in each family is taking care of their parents when they become adults. As i am the only son in my family it is my duty to look after my parentss. In addition, I want to continue my caree in a public sector by sharing my Australian experience with my colleagues in my hometown. My ambition is to open a private university that would be specializing in IT and the lessons would be organized in the education module of Australia in future. My goal of opening my private university is in order go provide high quality of education in IT in Uzbekistan. In this way, my countrymen who are interested in IT like me do not have to go abroad for education. Furthermore, it is really important to us to develop IT in Uzbekistan near future. I want to contribute to the development of education in my country.
