Motivation is necessary in all aspects of our life, from the personal to the 
professional. It is what keeps us going when we encounter difficulties and 
challenges. We would lack the desire and determination to attain our goals if we

were not motivated. It is the fuel that propels us ahead even when we face 
setbacks and defeats.
Motivation is also influenced by external factors such as rewards, recognition, and 
feedback. Individuals who receive positive feedback and recognition for their 
efforts are more likely to be motivated to continue their work. Similarly, rewards 
such as bonuses, promotions, and incentives can motivate individuals to work 
harder and achieve their goals.
Personal ideas, values, interests, and wants are all aspects that impact 
motivation. Individuals that are driven know exactly what they want to 
accomplish and are prepared to take the required actions to make it happen. 
They have an optimistic outlook on life and are not hesitant to take risks or 
attempt new things. 
To summarize, motivation is an important part of our existence that propels us to 
achieve our goals and ambitions. It is impacted by both internal and external 
circumstances and has a big impact on our success or failure. As a result, in order 
to attain our goals, we must establish a good attitude toward life and create a 
strong feeling of drive.
