Simplified script Bypassing the gatekeeper: Good afternoon, *waiting for response* My name is Alex. I’m calling from a company that implements technologies to cafes and restaurants all over New York at absolutely no cost. One of your neighbors will have our equipment installed in the next few days and I’m reaching out to you to see if we can install it in your venue as well. Can I have the number of your manager? How can I contact him? Establishing Contact: Good afternoon, Mr. Leushin? *Waiting for response* My name is Alex and I am calling from a company that provides equipment for restaurants and cafes at absolutely no cost. One of your neighboring businesses will have our equipment installed in the next few days. I would like to discuss the possibility of installing of this very equipment in your venue as well. Do have a few minute to discuss it? *Waiting for response* Can I ask you a few questions to find the best solution for your business specifically? Identifying Need: How do you attract new guests to your establishment? Would you be interested in attracting new guests? Do you have an iPhone or an Android? Have you ever been in a situation when your phone was dead and there was no option to recharge it? Do you think your guests might have situations like this? What is your average bill/check? The presentation: We want to set up a small kiosk with 8 portable chargers for your guests at absolutely no cost to you. 1. The station is really small, about 10 inches high, 8 wide, 8 long, it is usually placed on bar counters and other public places, due to its small size, it won’t be difficult to find a place for it in your venue. 2. If one of your guests needs to charge the phone they can simply approach our machine, scan the QR-code and take this portable charger with them. That way you and your staff no longer have to worry about how to charge your guests phones. 3. We have a mobile application with the map where all our partner venues are marked, including yours. When a person will be looking for a place to rent or return the powerbank they will see that they can do it in your establishment. Because of this you’ll get increased footfall and increased bill/check. 4. Keeping your guests' smartphones charged will help you to increase the time they spend in your establishment. That way you can increase the average bill/check. 5. You don’t sign any contracts. All the responsibility regarding the station is on us. There are no financial risks for you. Are you ready to install the station? Working with the objections: 1. Clarification? (...Do I understand you correctly...) 2. Acceptance of the position (...I agree with you that this is important...) 3. Test of truth (...if there is no problem, you will agree...) 4. Argumentation (...this problem won't happen because...) 5. Securing deal (...are you now ready to put up a station...) Closing the deal: What days would be convenient to send our technical guy? At what time? I would also like to point out that our equipment is up-to-date and completely safe. The station consumes 6 kwh/month in dollars it would be 70 cents when the powerbanks are fully charged. So there’s no need to turn off the station. Please tell your employees that the station always needs to be plugged in, otherwise our customers won’t be able to see them in our application. By the way, do you have any other locations where we could install our stations at? Thank you so much. If there will be any questions you can call anytime you want. Have a good day.
