"National progress" is a multifaceted concept that refers to shifts that consist of new qualitative changes in all areas of society. At the same time according to its structure, "National Progress" also includes such concepts as national consciousness, national self-awareness, national pride.

One of the important elements that promote national development is the national consciousness. If there is no national consciousness, not only national customs, traditions, values, but, along with them, the nation itself, as a Real subject, social, ethnic institution, cannot exist. National consciousness and its development are the main factors that ensure the rise of the crowd to the level of the nation. Because, only on the ground of mature national consciousness does national unity arise. Only then can a nation, as a cohesive organized force, emerge into the field of history to generate its own national interests and goals. On these grounds, negative vices such as national disunity, seeding, localism, factionalism, separatism, which are dangerous for the prospect of a nation, end.
Thus, the development of national consciousness is also one of the factors that ensure the stable progress of the state. Because a nation with a developed consciousness, chauvinism, nationalism, disdain for the people of the nation and nation who live side by side with it, or will be free from negative vices and psyche, such as evil, ignorance. He never opposes his own interests and goals to those of others, but tries to unite representatives of other nationalities around him. That is why the development of national consciousness occupies a leading place in any state policy that seeks independence.
In the development of national consciousness, the existing social system, the internal spiritual and educational potential of the nation and its activity are important. After all, in the process of its formation, the nation also develops its own integrity and all the factors inherent in it. In its place, these factors also have their own influence on the development of national consciousness. That is, each nation creates its potential in the development of national consciousness. Even more specifically, the process of influence and reflection in the development of national consciousness applies. This process ensures the stability of national development.
Unfortunately, these processes that ensure the stability of national development, like its other problems, have not yet been studied in depth. The past period after the disintegration of the former totalitarian regime and the world experience of National Development show that national consciousness, mentality, psyche are considered eternal, as a product of the conscious life of every person. It is an integral part of the universe and human beauty.
In this sense, the role and importance of spiritual and educational potential in the broad sense increases in the formation of national consciousness. The spiritual foundations of the development of national consciousness are formed by such as national language, heritage, historical memory, customs, traditions, values, national educational system. It is from these factors that the nation receives spiritual nourishment, through which, man and nation realize themselves.

Another important factor contributing to national development is the "national self-realization"–the realization of each nation itself as a Real existing subject, an exporter of certain material and spiritual assets, a unified language, traditions, values and belonging to the state, interests and general needs.
It was not until the seventies of the last century that national feeling, self-awareness and its essence began to be seriously studied. For Example, N.While analyzing the concept of national psychology, Jandildin tried to highlight the national feeling and its psychological characteristics. In his opinion, the national feeling is not only his own people, but also other nations, a complex set of specific manifestations of the human psyche that develop with the change in the way of life of mankind. These changes directly or indirectly affect the fate, pride and pride of the people, reflected in its place in history and relationship with other nations .
National self-awareness is the criterion of a certain, relative, upper stage of the formation of a nation. A nation can form traditions, traditions, values that are unique to it and unite around the state. However, its rise to the level of national self-awareness is a complex process. Because it is associated with the fact that the people of the nation are able to outweigh certain interests, nationwide interests.
"National self-awareness" is distinct from national consciousness. National consciousness is an important criterion for the development of the unified language, customs, traditions, values and spirituality of each nation from bottom to top, from simple to complex. In turn, the development of national consciousness raises the level of self-awareness of each nation. While national consciousness is an indicator of the development of a nation on the basis of its identity, "national self-awareness" is an mobilizing, internal spiritual and spiritual potential in the defense of interests.
"National self-awareness" is manifested as a Real force, when the dignity, prestige, dignity of the honor of a nation are violated or contrary to the material and spiritual interests of the nation, on the other hand, in cases where acts of violence occur. Representatives of nations whose honor, dignity, dignity, dignity and interests are violated, no matter what position they serve, whether rich or poor, unite as a single universal force and defend their self.
Thus, "national self-awareness" is a factor that protects the interests of the nation.
In addition, it is not limited to protecting the interests of the nation alone, but also "moving" and uniting the nation. In particular, in the process of the development of a nation, in solving problems arising in the economic, socio–political spheres, the factor of national self–realization unites the nation and moves towards common goals. He is considered a leading character for any nation, and with his powerful potential he occupies a leading position in the system of necessary, basic, specific characters for the nation.
"National self-awareness" is also an important factor in ensuring the eternity of a nation. Because this potential protects the identity and interests of the nation. "National self-awareness" does not lead one nation or another to secede from other nations, but to continue to contribute to the strengthening of the enlightened cooperation of self-aware Nations.
The stronger the" awareness of the national self", the wider its potential for solving its own problems. Therefore, in the context of independence, the development of self-awareness of the Uzbek people has risen to the level of Public Policy. The national unity of the self-conscious nation will also be solid. National unity, in turn, is a stable important condition for national development.
Today, the self–awareness of the Uzbek nation is growing at an accelerated pace, and as a result of this, our opportunities for national recovery, for us to occupy a worthy place in world civilization as a nation are expanding. "In this regard, people, first of all, the most important task is the formation and education of the mind and thinking of young people on the basis of enlightenment. And in this it is necessary to effectively implement the scientific and historical and socio-philosophical concept, which reflects the fact that our country has been an integral part of world civilization for centuries, one of the Centers of universal culture."
Only a person with national self-awareness knows the value of his homeland. And the homeland begins with the village where he was born and raised. In itself, it is known that when a person has a conscious understanding of my homeland, Land, place, this people, living on fire in the pain of the nation, self-sacrifice for its prosperity .
The next factor influencing national development is" national pride " – an internal mental mood that occurs as a result of the self-awareness of each nation. This feeling is the feeling of being proud of his native land, of the material-spiritual heritage left by his descendants-ancestors, of the contributions of his nation to world civilization, of his dignity, prestige before other nations.
National pride is formed in every person, as a result of mastering the material and spiritual heritage of his nation, perfectly knowing his customs, traditions, values, history and comparing it with those of other nations, in which he increases his love for his nation.
The unity of the representatives of the nation, whose national pride is strong, will also be strong, such a nation can be overcome by the power of arms, but spiritually–mentally broken and not overcome.
Thus, "national pride" is an important factor in ensuring the unity and future of a nation, along with the fact that each person is in the mood to be proud of their nation's achievements, history, values, reputation before other nations.
Every person who believes that he is a representative of the nation is honored by the unique, rich material and spiritual heritage of our ancestors, their worthy contributions to world civilization, genuine patriotism, popularism, courage and courage shown in the path of freedom of the motherland, and the spirit of continuing their traditions.
Today, the independence of our motherland, jonajon has increased the national pride of every representative of the nation living in it, raised its destiny and in it, forming a spirit of responsibility for its people, motherland, for the protection of the interests of the nation, in front of generations.
