In my opinion, online organizations are better off arranging an online service despite the challenges that arrangers will inevitably encounter. 

The major merit is that there are a number of benefits of virtual interaction among companies thanks to economizing more time and money. In other words, by communicating online and holding meetings, organizations can reduce considerable costs, which waste a lot of money on business trips they can save. Moreover, spending a lot of time on a round-trip can be cut considerably by a virtual business conference. Professional managers said that by conducting discussion or training via the internet, for example, they do not have to spend on these expenses, which cannot seriously influence a company’s profitability. it is the advantage of the use of the internet for business meetings and discussions as well as training.

One possible drawback is that a range of difficulties may be presented by carrying out summits and talks on the internet because of connection problems and a person who has no information about modern technologies. To be more precise, people who are not familiar with new technologies such as Zoom or web conferencing, might have more challenges joining virtual meetings. What’s more, the process of participation on the internet is likely to be disconnected from calls due to internet connectivity issues. It is probable that, for instance, most elderly employees at a company would struggle with Zoom or WhatsApp during online meetings as never have they used these applications before. Oftentimes, this is a main disadvantage is virtually the performing interaction amongst companies.

In conclusion, even though there are a large number of problems owing to disconnecting issues, online business conferences can contribute to company's revenue due to cutting costs, including money. I believe that virtual meetings and discussions are superior to disadvantage.
