The law"on the state flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was adopted on November 18, 1991 at the 7th Session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

THE STATE EMBLEM OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN
The state emblem is approved by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "on the state emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan"dated July 2, 1992, numbered 616-XII.
The state emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan has the following appearance: the sun shines with its gilded Rays on the valley of the blossoming, which is surrounded by mountains, rivers and on the left side of which are the ears of Willow, and on the right side of which are the coniferous branches with open branches. THE STATE ANTHEM OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

Our people's noble dreams and strong faith in the future are deeply expressed in the anthem. In Uzbekistan, special attention is paid to raising the spirituality of our people in the years of independence, educating young people in the spirit of patriotism. The national anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan serves as an important educational tool in the formation of love for the motherland, rich history, deep respect for our national identity, in all aspects of the upbringing of our children as harmonious and mature people.
