Subject: Proposal about real estate in Uzbekistan
Dear Mr. Abrams
The aim of this proposal is to inform you information about buying real estate
in Uzbekistan.
You described your situation and I am aware that buying real state from
foreign state without knowing the law is very dangerous and can be a big
mistake.
Fortunately, buying a real estate by foreigners in Uzbekistan is
allowed and you can buy any real estate you want with the exception of land
plots. The list of objects will be approved by the government.
After researching about it from law books and discussing with my colleges, I
have come to the conclusion that it would be wiser to buy from real estate
building companies rather than individuals because it would be safer that way.

the property, because you can get things fixed.
